Job Overview:

This working supervisor position will lead a group of Coordinators and Planners/Schedulers supporting intercompany order processing, commercial samples order processing and 3P planning & scheduling. The role involves managing a team of 6-7 members in Pune, India.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and measure the performance of direct reports, aligning business priorities to achieve organizational goals. Facilitate performance management, merit promotions, transfers, commendations and dismissals.Provide coaching and guidance to direct reports to support their professional development.Ensure order management, planning and scheduling processes adhere to standard work expectations.Utilize defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to identify and drive continuous improvement activity within scope of responsibility.Ensure accurate inventory records, transactional and master data through auditing.Collaborate with other functions to ensure smooth material flow and transactions, removing waste to shorten cycle times.Communicate and resolve problems impacting customer service or financial targets.Be a role model of Lubrizol's core values.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in supply chain within the process industry.
  • Minimum 2 years prior SAP user experience.
  • Proficient Microsoft Office user.
  • Fluent written and verbal English required.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated structured problem-solving experience preferred.
  • Able to support overlapping Western Europe and China time zones work schedule.

Salary Information:

The estimated salary range for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 annually, depending on qualifications and location.

Education and Certification:

Bachelor's degree required.Additional qualifications and experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service or Logistics preferred.
