Job Description

The ideal candidate will have expertise in end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, with a strong background in Data Science and Analytics. They will be responsible for developing business plans, strategies, and approaches to capitalize on business opportunities in coordination with global functional teams.

As a Supply Chain Analytics Manager II, you will work closely with business partners and internal customers to gather technical and business requirements. You will also identify opportunities to drive synergies amongst various teams and implement talent development strategies and succession plans for key positions.

This role requires excellent project management skills, with experience in managing analytics teams and driving projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma, Finance, and Supply Chain Management principles.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Operations Management or related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma, Finance, or Supply Chain Management; 7+ years of experience managing analytics teams
  • Expert-level knowledge of end-to-end Supply Chain Operations, including risk identification, project scope, and resource allocation
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data sets and develop actionable insights
