Business Analyst - Order-to-Cash Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to join our team as an Order-to-Cash expert. In this role, you will be responsible for configuring and customizing the SAP SD module according to business requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Optimization: Work closely with functional and technical teams to design and implement solutions for order-to-cash processes, ensuring seamless integration with other modules like MM (Material Management), FICO (Finance and Controlling), and WM (Warehouse Management).
  • Requirement Gathering: Perform requirement gathering, process mapping, and gap analysis for SAP SD processes to identify areas of improvement.
  • Training and Support: Provide end-user training and support, ensuring they understand and can efficiently use the system.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues, including order processing, delivery management, pricing, and billing.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and experience with SAP SD implementation projects.

Requirements:
  • Expertise: Proficient in SAP SD configuration and customization, with a focus on order-to-cash processes.
  • Analysis and Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex business issues.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Documentation: Proven ability to develop and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, processes, and SOPs.
