About the Role:

Momentive Software is seeking a skilled Senior Technical Writer to join our team. As a key member of our documentation team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality product documentation and customer enablement content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create engaging content for various audiences, including end users, system admins, developers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain content updates in response to product changes, customer feedback, and internal requests.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to gather source information, translate complex concepts, and validate documentation.
  • Participate in release readiness and go-to-market planning.
  • Ensure consistency in voice, style, and terminology across product documentation.
  • Develop documentation standards, templates, and governance processes.
  • Identify opportunities to automate or streamline content creation.
  • Contribute to UI/UX content strategy where applicable.
