Finance Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned finance leader to join our team as Finance and Accounting Director. As a key member, you will be responsible for producing monthly and year-end financial statements, leading the preparation of periodic financial reports, balance sheet documentation, and ad-hoc analyses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate and timely financial reports.
  • Lead and manage a full-cycle accounting team to ensure alignment with corporate standards.
  • Plan, organize, and review activities of the accounting team to ensure efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with FP&A and Global Finance to provide support for planning initiatives.
  • Ensure all internal controls and procedures are in place and effective.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant certification.
  • Minimum 14 years of relevant experience, including experience working in a multi-site environment and international operations.
  • Experience managing a full-cycle accounting team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good knowledge of IFRS standards.
  • Knowledge of SAP helpful but not mandatory.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
