Job Description

The Financial Planning Manager for the Global Team is responsible for overseeing strategic financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis. This role involves collaborating with global stakeholders, engaging with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of accurate and timely financial insights.

Your Impact
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth.
  • Lead the preparation and delivery of financial reports, dashboards, and variance analyses to senior management.
  • Partner with global finance teams to provide actionable insights that drive business performance.
  • Drive process improvements and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate reporting standards and local regulations.
QualificationsYour Experience
  • A minimum of 9 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or related roles.
  • Experience in a shared services environment is preferred.
Technical Skills
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Expertise in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Soft Skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
