Braze Strategist

We're seeking an experienced Braze Strategist to drive campaign success and customer engagement through expert Braze consulting.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Braze, including Canvas, Webhooks, Liquid scripting, and data mapping. They will be responsible for designing lifecycle and trigger-based campaigns across channels (email, push, SMS, in-app) and coordinating with clients to align Braze usage with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic campaigns to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.
• Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements for scalability.
• Configure Braze integrations (e.g., Segment, Amplitude, custom APIs) for seamless data flow.
• Train internal teams on Braze best practices and define KPIs for campaign success.
• Stay updated with Braze feature releases and evaluate their application for the business.

Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business goals into actionable campaigns.
• Experience working with CDPs, CRMs, and data warehouses.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Knowledge of building journeys and attention to detail for audits.
