About Us

We are an integrated software system that automates equity management, accounting, and compliance tools.

We provide valuation services to help founders find their valuation for fundraising and employee stock option plans.

Job Responsibilities include preparing support articles on software features, developing instruction manuals, designing systems and creating internal/external support guides, assisting in preparing details for new feature development, liaising with teams regarding product development or project details, and handling ad hoc assignments as required.

  • Prepare technical documentation on software features for clients.
  • Develop user manuals for internal use.
  • Design and implement systems and create internal/external support guides.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating the development of new software features.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams regarding product development or project requirements.
  • Handle miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will need:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1 year of experience in software or product development (preferred).
  • Analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good research and report writing skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Independence, self-motivation, responsibility, and diligence.
  • A passion for software products and staying up-to-date with new technology.
  • The ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word.
