Job Description

As a member of our Governance and Policy team, you will play a key role in supporting research, analysis, and policy development initiatives that drive impact and transformation.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct background research and gather data to inform actionable reports and recommendations for governance and policy reform initiatives.
  • Assist in drafting policy documents, manifestos, and recommendations under supervision.
  • Support the preparation of presentations, briefs, and analysis summaries for both internal and external audiences.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends, best practices, and innovations in the field of governance and policy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will require:

  • Minimum Degree: A degree from a Tier 1 or 2 academic institution in Social Sciences, Law, Engineering, or related fields.
  • Prior Experience: Prior experience or demonstrated interest in policy research, governance projects, or political consulting is desirable.
  • Skills and Abilities:
    • Able to collect, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data for evidence-based governance reforms.
    • Proficient in basic data analysis, reporting, and forming recommendations under guidance.
    • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
