Job Overview

As a skilled WordPress developer, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality websites that meet the needs of our clients. Your expertise in WordPress development, combined with your passion for delivering seamless user experiences, will enable you to excel in this role.

In this position, you will work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to develop visually appealing and responsive websites that meet client specifications. You will also conduct internal reviews and quality assurance before deployment, ensuring that all websites are secure, up-to-date, and free from bugs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Website Development & Maintenance:
    • Develop and customize WordPress websites based on client requirements.
    • Implement and modify themes, plugins, and custom functionalities.
    • Conduct internal reviews and quality assurance before deployment.
    • Ensure website security, updates, and troubleshooting post-launch.
  • Technical SEO Implementation:
    • Optimize metadata, structured data, images, and page speed.
    • Follow a structured SEO checklist before website launch.
    • Monitor technical SEO compliance via tracking tools.
  • Project Management:
    • Adhere to project timelines and deliverables.
    • Maintain daily progress updates and flag potential risks early.
    • Ensure successful website launches with minimal post-launch revisions.
  • Stakeholder Communication:
    • Regularly update clients and internal teams on project progress.
    • Work closely with designers, content creators, and SEO specialists.
    • Ensure alignment on timelines, expectations, and deliverables.
