Job Title: Web Developer – WordPress

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced web developer to join our team and lead the development of high-performance WordPress websites. As a key member of our digital squad, you will be responsible for designing, building, and optimizing complex e-commerce solutions using WordPress + Elementor templates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
  • Implement advanced WooCommerce features and optimize store performance for improved sales and customer engagement.
  • Leverage international website functionality (geo-location, multi-currency, multi-language) to expand global reach and revenue streams.
  • Develop and execute conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies across all sites to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and run A/B split tests, analyze results, and implement improvements.
Requirements
  • Expert-level skills in WordPress customization (themes, plugins, hooks, filters).
  • Strong knowledge of WooCommerce management, optimization, and scaling.
  • Hands-on experience in CRO strategy, A/B testing, and analytics tracking.
  • Skilled in front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP for WordPress.
  • Proven track record of increasing conversion rates.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and deliver measurable outcomes.
