Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled Sales Officer to join our team in the medical industry.

Job Summary:

As a sales officer, you will be responsible for driving business growth and achieving sales targets by successfully managing a sales team. You will develop and implement a strategic business plan to expand the company's customer base and ensure its strong presence.

You will oversee recruiting, objective setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives. You will build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.

You will present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team. You will identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
