Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer

The role of a Personal Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer is to provide high-level administrative support and ensure seamless day-to-day operations. This position involves coordinating meetings, managing the CEO's schedule, handling correspondence, and performing various personal assistance tasks.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's diary, ensuring timely attendance at meetings and appointments.
  • Provide administrative assistance with tasks such as typing documents, preparing reports, and organizing files.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Handle all incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, and emails in a professional manner.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other materials for the CEO and other senior executives.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Highly developed problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field is preferred.
