Project Management Solution Architect Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Solution Architect to join our team at Renesas Electronics. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing project management solutions that meet the needs of our global customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement project management solutions using Microsoft PPM Suite, Planview AdaptiveWork, Stages, and Polarion.
  • Collaborate with project management teams to ensure that project plans, schedules, resource management, and progress tracking are effectively supported by the tools.
  • Provide technical support to end-users, including troubleshooting issues, answering questions, and resolving technical problems related to the project management tools.
  • Coordinate with vendor support teams for advanced troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Ensure the seamless integration of the PPM suite and other tools with existing business systems, such as ERP, CRM, and other data management systems.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the tools by recommending and implementing updates, new features, or third-party integrations.
  • Develop and deliver training sessions, materials, and user guides to ensure users are proficient in using the tools.
  • Create and maintain documentation on system configurations, best practices, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • Stay up to date with the latest developments in project management tools and technologies, recommending upgrades or changes as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in administering business tools or project management platforms, with experience in one or more of (Microsoft PPM Suite, Planview AdaptiveWork, Stages, Polarion).
  • Experience in supporting large-scale projects and managing project management tools across multi-departmental teams.
  • Proficiency in creating custom analytics, dashboards, and reports within the tool to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making.
  • In-depth knowledge of Polarion ALM (or similar tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc.).
  • Experience in system configuration, customization, and administration of the tool.
  • Understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle management and associated methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
  • Integration Management
  • Knowledge of integrating Polarion with other systems (e.g., CI/CD tools, version control systems like Git, and other ALM tools).
  • Familiarity with APIs for creating custom integrations.
  • Scripting and Automation
  • Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or tool-specific scripting) for automating repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to create custom reports, dashboards, and workflows.
  • Database and Server Management
  • Familiarity with the underlying database structure (e.g., SQL or NoSQL databases used by the tool).
  • Basic knowledge of server environments and hosting (e.g., Linux, Windows Server, or cloud-hosted environments).
  • Data Management
  • Strong understanding of data configuration, migration, and reporting.
  • Ability to manage large datasets and ensure data accuracy and consistency.
  • Technical Troubleshooting
  • Strong problem-solving skills to debug tool-related issues.
  • Understanding of log analysis and performance tuning.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
