Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Specialist with expertise in supply chain and procurement processes to join our team.

\

This role involves leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements.

\

The ideal candidate will have strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing.

\

In addition to technical skills, the successful candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes.

\

The role also requires strong stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills, as well as experience working with cross-functional global delivery teams.

\

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support projects\
  • Configure and optimize Oracle SCM modules, including data conversions, master data setup, and functional testing\
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, offshore teams, and technical developers to design, validate, and implement solutions\
  • Analyze and resolve critical production issues, raising and managing Sev-1 SRs with Oracle Support where necessary\
  • Define and articulate end-to-end business processes with clear integration touchpoints across SCM, Procurement, and Finance\

Requirements

  • Strong functional expertise in Oracle EBS SCM modules: Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and Costing\
  • Hands-on experience in Oracle SCM configuration, data conversion, and functional testing\
  • Proven experience in large-scale Oracle EBS implementations and upgrades (at least 1 full-cycle end-to-end project)\
  • Strong understanding of Oracle Apps functional/technical architecture and integration touchpoints across modules\
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills for handling production issues and optimizing processes\
  • Experience working with Oracle Support on Sev-1 issues\
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and customer-facing skills\
  • Strong team management and leadership skills in handling cross-functional global delivery teams\
