Job Title

We are seeking an accomplished marketing professional to spearhead our marketing endeavors.

  • Craft and implement a full-funnel marketing strategy for enterprise and SME segments, driving business growth through tactical planning and execution.
  • Define our brand positioning, narrative, and voice, fostering a cohesive brand identity that resonates with our target audience.
  • Drive collaboration among sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing strategies.
  • Build scalable inbound engines: SEO, content, email, webinars, and case studies, amplifying our online presence and engagement.
  • Collaborate on outbound and ABM campaigns for enterprise accounts, targeting high-value clients and partnerships.
  • Establish and optimize performance marketing channels with robust attribution, ensuring data-driven decision making and efficient resource allocation.
  • Create compelling product narratives across ecommerce verticals and segments, highlighting the value proposition and unique selling points.
  • Lead product marketing for new features, integrations, and GTM initiatives, facilitating smooth market launches and adoption.
  • Translate customer insights into actionable market collateral and thought leadership content, showcasing expertise and industry knowledge.
  • Hire and lead the first set of marketing specialists (content, growth, performance), building a high-performing team that drives results.
  • Develop processes for campaign planning, execution, and performance tracking, ensuring agility and adaptability in a rapidly changing market.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years in B2B SaaS or marketplace marketing, preferably in early or mid-stage companies, with a proven track record of delivering successful marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to craft and execute full-stack marketing strategies, leveraging multiple channels and tactics to drive business outcomes.
  • In-depth understanding of modern marketing tools, frameworks, and analytics, with experience in leveraging data to inform marketing decisions.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong execution mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Bonus: Background from Tier-1 colleges (IIT/IIM/ISB/BITS) or high-growth startups, providing a unique perspective and network.
