We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the integration of Language Learning Models (LLMs) into our service offerings at NeoITO. As a service-oriented company, we are committed to providing clients with cutting-edge AI solutions that leverage the latest advancements in natural language processing.

**Estimated Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 per year**

This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive innovation, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the future of AI-driven services.

  • Lead the integration of LLMs into our service portfolio, including pre-processing, fine-tuning, and optimization for specific client use cases.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define client requirements, design service architecture, and implement solutions that leverage LLMs effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  1. Develop and maintain pipelines for data collection, annotation, and training of LLMs using state-of-the-art techniques and tools.
  2. Conduct research and experimentation to explore the capabilities and limitations of LLMs in real-world service scenarios, identifying opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  3. Evaluate and select appropriate LLM models and frameworks based on client needs, performance benchmarks, and compatibility with existing infrastructure.
  4. Apply deep learning techniques, including neural network architectures, regularization methods, and optimization algorithms, to enhance the performance and robustness of LLMs within our services.
  5. Implement advanced natural language processing (NLP) algorithms and techniques to address client-specific challenges such as language understanding, sentiment analysis, and entity recognition.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5-8 Years) working as a Machine Learning Engineer, with a focus on natural language processing and LLM integration.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks for machine learning and deep learning.
