Job Title: Workday Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Workday specialist to join our team.

About the Role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in implementing and supporting Workday solutions for clients.
  • You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and ensure client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Plan and prioritize project tasks, collaborate with colleagues to achieve project milestones, and ensure timely delivery of results.
  2. Requirements Gathering: Investigate business and technical requirements for clients, collaborate with stakeholders to clarify needs, and develop effective solutions.
  3. Solution Design: Design Workday solutions that meet client needs, conduct workshops with clients to verify module requirements, and configure solutions accordingly.
  4. Testing and Deployment: Assist clients with testing of functional modules, perform self-reviews and peer reviews, and deploy solutions into production environments.
  5. Production Support: Provide ongoing support to clients, manage issue resolution, and escalate as needed.
  6. Communication: Develop and manage communication plans with stakeholders, facilitate collaboration, and leverage synergies between global information systems.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday implementation and overall 12 years' experience is minimum.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
