Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned expert to join our team as a Senior Workday Expenses Analyst. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Workday configuration, integrations, data transmission, and troubleshooting.

This role involves providing subject matter expertise on Workday configuration, integrations, data transmission, and troubleshooting. The successful candidate will ensure data accuracy and seamless ongoing enhancements of new Workday features and functionality.

The position also requires leading Workday-enabled finance workstreams to design, configure, test, and deploy business processes and solutions. Strong collaboration with stakeholders is necessary to understand business requirements and configure Workday solutions.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • 6+ years of Workday Expenses experience with proficiency in Workday HCM.
  • Excellent knowledge of Workday Expense Configuration, Security Administration, Business Process Configuration, and EIB (Enterprise Integration Builder).
  • Proven Workday functional expertise in Expense module, including familiarity with delivered functionality and reports.
  • Experience with Workday releases, assessing new features, and recommending adoption strategies for Talent Management modules.
  • Strong analytical, multitasking, and interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate effectively with technical and business audiences.
