Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will play a key role in optimizing operational efficiency by leveraging Dayforce to streamline staffing and scheduling strategies.

  • Lead volume forecasting using Dayforce to predict workforce needs based on historical and real-time data.
  • Configure and optimize advanced scheduling tools to align labor supply with business demand.
  • Design and implement workload planning strategies to improve labor allocation across teams and locations.
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze gaps, and deliver scalable WFM solutions.
  • Provide support for testing, deployment, and post-implementation stabilization.
  • Train end-users on best practices and ongoing usage of forecasting and scheduling tools.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in Dayforce Workforce Management with focus on forecasting, scheduling, and workload planning.

  • Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable workforce plans.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Prior experience in Dayforce WFM implementations or managed services is highly desirable.
