Job Title: Senior Software Development Manager

This is a senior-level management position responsible for overseeing the development of high-performance trading applications using C++ and C#. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in team leadership, software development, and third-party API integration.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Tackle complex team assignments, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Develop and maintain high-performance trading applications using C++ and C#.
  • Integrate third-party APIs with internal systems to streamline data exchange and improve system efficiency.
  • Optimize codebases for low-latency and high-throughput performance, minimizing delays and maximizing efficiency.
  • Design and implement automated testing frameworks to guarantee platform stability and reliability.
  • Maintain and support production trading systems, resolving issues promptly and effectively.
  • Develop back-testing frameworks and historical data analysis tools for strategy research and development.
  • Ensure code adheres to strict security, compliance, and regulatory standards, protecting sensitive information and maintaining a secure environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated Experience:
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong proficiency in C++, C#, and related technologies.
  • Proven expertise in third-party API integration, including market data feeds and FIX protocol.
  • In-depth knowledge of low-latency and high-throughput system design principles.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks and tools, ensuring seamless integration and minimal errors.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Understanding of security and compliance requirements in the fintech industry, maintaining a secure and compliant environment.
