Commercial Leadership Position

About the Role:
We are seeking an accomplished Commercial Leader to spearhead our Sales & Marketing efforts in India's Vehicle Industry. As a strategic leader, you will drive growth, build brands, and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve aggressive growth targets
• Build and manage dealer/distributor networks across India
• Drive marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building activities
• Foster relationships with fleet operators, logistics players, and government bodies
• Mentor and lead a high-performing Sales & Marketing team
• Collaborate with leadership to define long-term growth strategies

Requirements:
MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)
15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Vehicle industry experience mandatory)
Proven track record of scaling business and expanding distribution networks
Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
