We're Hiring: Head – Sales & Marketing (India | Vehicle Industry)

Location: Jalandhar

Experience: 15+ Years

Are you a strategic leader with a passion for driving growth and building brands?

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Head to lead our India business, shape national strategies, and strengthen our leadership in the Vehicle segment.

What you'll do:

Lead and execute national sales strategies to achieve ambitious growth targets

Build and manage dealer/distributor networks across India

Drive marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand-building activities

Strengthen relationships with fleet operators, logistics players & government bodies

Mentor and lead a high-performing sales & marketing team

Collaborate with leadership to define long-term growth strategies

What we're looking for:

MBA/PGDM in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management (preferred)

15+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing (Vehicle industry experience a must)

Proven track record of scaling business & expanding distribution networks

Strong leadership, negotiation & communication skills
