Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning algorithms, GenAI, and RAG-based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conducting research and testing of machine learning models
  • Developing and deploying GenAI and RAG-based solutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into healthcare workflows
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

Technical Skills:
  • Strong foundation in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
  • Solid background in Computer Science and Algorithms
  • Experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and RAG systems
  • Proficiency with AI/ML frameworks and tools
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or a related field
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Prior experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage
Preferred Skills

The following skills are preferred but not required:

Technical Skills:
  • Hands-on experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus)
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Strong software engineering practices including version control, CI/CD, and API development
Business Acumen:
  • Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR)
  • Experience in building scalable AI-driven applications for production environments
