We are seeking an experienced Artificial Intelligence Engineer to join our team as a Data Generation Expert. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing intelligent frameworks for synthetic and automated test data generation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Synthetic Test Data Automation
    • Design and develop Python frameworks to generate synthetic clinical and operational datasets, ensuring high-quality and accurate results.
    • Produce CDISC-compliant datasets (SDTM, ADaM) for data transformation, analysis, and reporting workflows, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
    • Simulate domain-specific datasets (adverse events, labs, demographics, drug exposure) with variability and referential integrity, ensuring realistic and robust data.
    • Develop connectors for Define-XML, Pinnacle21 validation, and statistical programming workflows, streamlining data integration and analysis.
  • AI/ML in Data Generation
    • Apply generative AI (LLMs, GANs, diffusion models) to model realistic clinical scenarios, leveraging the power of machine learning to create highly accurate and detailed data.
    • Create synthetic patient journeys across EDC, eCOA, CTMS, LIMS, and PV systems, enabling seamless data integration and analysis.
    • Use AI-driven automation to simulate rare or complex cases for stress and edge-case testing, identifying potential issues and improving data quality.
  • Compliance & Data Governance
    • Ensure adherence to regulatory standards (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, GDPR), maintaining the highest level of data integrity and security.
    • Implement anonymization/obfuscation techniques while preserving clinical and statistical fidelity, protecting sensitive information and ensuring compliance.
    • Produce validation protocols and documentation for audit and inspection readiness, demonstrating expertise and accountability.
  • Collaboration & Integration
    • Work closely with Clinical Data Management, Biostatistics, Pharmacovigilance, and Compliance teams to gather requirements, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
    • Embed test data generation into CI/CD pipelines, trial simulations, and automated validation environments, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.
    • Partner with subject matter experts to validate AI-generated datasets for regulatory acceptability, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
    Requirements:
    • Strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data science.
    • Proficiency in programming languages (Python, R, etc.) and experience with data generation frameworks.
    • Excellent understanding of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Experience with data visualization tools and technologies (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
