
Senior Corporate Governance Lead

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Corporate Governance Lead to oversee and manage various corporate governance functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule board and executive meetings, prepare meeting agendas, and maintain a consistent cadence.
- Support senior leadership in implementing legal and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Maintain effective communication between management, the board, and shareholders.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates to company records and essential documents, including circulating important documents for review, approval, signature, and submission to relevant authorities.
- Facilitate training and development of directors, providing project management services for projects related to the board.
- Design, implement, and maintain corporate governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Payroll Management:
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payroll disbursements.
- Verify compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll tax reporting and ensure accurate tax filings.
Compensation Management:
- Develop and implement compensation strategies that align with company goals and market conditions.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive compensation packages.
Benefits Administration:
- Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, life insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Regularly review and benchmark benefits programs against industry standards to ensure competitiveness.
Compliance and Regulation:
- Ensure all benefits programs comply with local labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in benefits regulations and ensure timely updates to company policies and programs.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills. A strong understanding of corporate governance principles, practices, and regulations is essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, is required.
