Job Role Summary

Overview of the Position
  • Our ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate compliance with regulatory requirements, including the filing of forms and returns under the MCA, RBI, etc.
  • Key responsibilities include handling consumer litigation, interacting with police authorities, and maintaining knowledge of basic-level contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
  • Additionally, they will monitor compliance under SEBI LODR Regulations, Insider Trading Regulations, and other applicable laws.
  • Other key tasks include preparing periodic disclosures, such as shareholding patterns and corporate governance reports, and coordinating with internal departments for timely inputs and presentation materials.
  • The successful candidate will maintain statutory registers and records as per the Companies Act 2013, organize AGM, EGM, and Postal Ballot, and coordinate with the Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) for shareholder services and reporting.
  • They will also prepare and maintain secretarial audit documentation and internal audits, implement best practices in corporate governance, and monitor changes in legislation and regulations.
