Job Title: Fitness Trainer

We are seeking a dedicated professional to lead fitness programs that cater to diverse needs of our guests.

  • Assess individuals' current exercise programs and fitness levels to develop personalized plans.
  • Provide guidance on proper exercise techniques using various equipment.
  • Ensure a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, and motivating team members.
  • Maintain recreation area supplies and process payments for rentals and activities.

This role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, less than one year of related work experience, and no supervisory experience. Preferred qualifications include CPR and First Aid certifications, fitness equipment knowledge, and relevant local/state agency requirements.
