Responsibilities Sales and Membership Acquisition Actively engage with potential gym members to promote and sell memberships Provide information about gym facilities services and membership options Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas Customer Relationship Management Build and maintain positive relationships with current and prospective members Address inquiries and concerns providing excellent customer service Follow up with leads and prospects to convert them into members Product Knowledge Stay informed about the gym s offerings including classes equipment and special promotions Effectively communicate the benefits of memberships and services to potential members Lead Generation Actively seek out new leads and opportunities for membership sales Participate in marketing and promotional events to attract potential members Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records of sales activities member interactions and follow-up activities Complete membership paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently Collaboration Work closely with other gym staff including trainers and front desk personnel to ensure a seamless member experience Collaborate with marketing teams to implement and support promotional activities Qualifications Sales Skills Proven experience in sales preferably in the fitness industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fitness Industry Knowledge Understanding of gym equipment classes and fitness trends Passion for health and wellness Customer Service Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues effectively Target-Driven Goal-oriented and able to work towards and achieve sales targets Adaptability Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced environment Computer Skills Proficient in using sales and customer relationship management CRM software Education A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required Additional education or certifications in sales or fitness can be beneficial Skills customer service sales skills communication computer skills adaptability sales target-driven fitness industry knowledge tele calling interpersonal skills b2c sales Job Type Full-time Pay 15 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Compensation Package Commission pay Schedule Day shift Evening shift Fixed shift Morning shift Weekend only Education Bachelor s Preferred Experience Lead generation 2 years Required total work 4 years Required Cold calling 2 years Required Retail sales 3 years Required Work Location In person
