Job Opportunity: Technical Solutions Expert

The ideal candidate will possess in-depth expertise across servers, storage, virtualization, and hybrid cloud technologies, supporting the sales cycle from technical qualification to proposal and solution sign-off.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, size, and present tailored datacenter solutions meeting customer requirements.
  • Analyze current customer infrastructure and right-size solutions based on technical and business needs.
  • Recommend optimized configurations aligning with customer objectives and workloads.
  • Collaborate with OEMs for commercial aspects and assist in preparing quotations/proposals.
  • Conduct customer-facing demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
  • Present solutions using PPTs, architectural diagrams, and clear articulation of value propositions.

Required Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of Servers, Storage, Virtualization, and Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) technologies.
  • Solid understanding of Hybrid Cloud architectures, PAYG models, and their GTM positioning.
  • Exposure to Hyperscalers (AWS, Azure, GCP) is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of Containerization and Automation adds value.
  • Familiarity with emerging technologies such as HPE GreenLake, RedHat OpenShift, AI/ML & HPC platforms.
  • Basic understanding of Windows and Linux server operating systems.

  • Configuration Tools: HPE One Config Advanced (OCA), Dell Solutions Configurator, Dell Midrange Sizer, VMware vSAN Sizer, Nutanix Sizer, NetApp Fusion, NetApp Quote Edge, Cisco CCW.
  • Performance Assessment Tools: Dell LiveOptics, RVTools.
  • Design & Visualization Tools: Draw.io, Microsoft Visio.
