Interior Design Manager

We are seeking a skilled Interior Design Manager to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and implementation of interior spaces. This includes collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand their requirements and preferences, developing design concepts and space plans, and creating presentations to communicate ideas effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand their interior design requirements and preferences.
  • Develop design concepts and space plans that enhance the functionality and visual appeal of interior spaces.
  • Create mood boards, material samples, and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for the implementation of design projects.
  • Coordinate with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure the timely and quality execution of design plans.
  • Stay updated on the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently to deliver projects within scope.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns to foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Evaluate and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards throughout the design process.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 6 years of experience in interior design, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
