Job Title: Space Planner

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Space Planner. This role will be responsible for creating effective and functional interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

About the Role:

  • This position will involve working closely with our design team to develop and implement interior design solutions for corporate office projects.
  • The successful candidate will have experience in space planning, including measuring and analyzing spaces to optimize layout and functionality.
  • Prior experience in project management and coordination is also essential, as this role will require strong communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct site visits to assess existing spaces and identify areas for improvement.
  2. Collaborate with designers to develop 2D and 3D designs that meet client requirements and objectives.
  3. Develop and manage project schedules and timelines to ensure timely completion.
  4. Ensure all design solutions meet building codes, regulations, and quality standards.
  5. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to source materials and equipment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in space planning and project management.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality interior design solutions on time and within budget.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Experience with building information modeling (BIM) software.
