Production Management Opportunity

As a seasoned Production Manager, you will lead the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing unit. This role requires strategic planning and execution to ensure timely output while upholding quality, safety, and efficiency standards.

  • Oversee production activities, supervise job placement, material flow, and stage-wise movement during fabrication and assembly.
  • Design and execute layout plans for new lines/projects including fixtures, gauges, and equipment installations.
  • Maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), daily production reports, machine logs, and breakdown records.

Candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent and 5+ years of experience in solar structure manufacturing or related industries are highly sought after. We encourage applicants with expertise in managing production machinery, tooling, and quality control processes to apply.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills with proven ability to manage shop floor teams and workflows. Proficiency in ERP systems, MS Excel, and production planning tools is also highly desirable. A solid understanding of solar mounting structures and associated fabrication methods, as well as familiarity with ISO standards, is crucial for success in this role.
