The Junior Quality Control Engineer role is responsible for ensuring the quality of interior design projects, furniture, fixtures and fit-outs. The position involves inspecting raw materials, in-process work and finished products to ensure they meet company standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in quality inspection of materials, work-in-progress and finished products related to interior design and fit-outs.
  • Conduct routine checks to ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
  • Support senior engineers in developing and implementing quality assurance procedures.
  • Document inspection results and prepare quality reports.
  • Report non-conformities and coordinate with production, design and site teams for corrective actions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Interior Design Engineering or related field.
  • 0-2 years of experience in quality control, freshers with strong knowledge may be considered.
  • Knowledge of interior fit-out materials, furniture, carpentry, modular works and finishes.
  • Basic understanding of quality control processes and inspection methods.
