- Telematics Compliance: Ensure 100% compliance with telemetrics communication requirements before and during driver tenure.
- Market Insights and Scouting Participation: Participate in field activities to scout for potential opportunities and gather market insights.
The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership and management skills, with experience in operations management, particularly in the logistics or transportation industry. A bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required. The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$110,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.
