**Job Title:** Project Coordinator Expert

Job Description:
  • Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations.
  • Coordinate between internal teams and clients, facilitating clear communication and effective collaboration.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and presentations with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Follow up on pending tasks and drive accountability to meet deadlines.
  • Support in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and capturing action points.
  • Anticipate risks or delays and proactively escalate issues when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Our ideal candidate will have

  • 6-12 months of experience in project coordination, administration, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize.
  • Smart problem-solver with good written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks, and deliver results on time.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira) is an added advantage.
