Role Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator and Execution Specialist to play a key role in driving project success through effective coordination, communication, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time management, as well as strong client-facing and teamwork skills. They will be responsible for coordinating project management activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure seamless execution.

In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify requirements, scope, and objectives, and ensure their needs are met throughout the project lifecycle. You will also be responsible for assigning tasks to internal teams, managing schedules, and facilitating collaboration.

Additionally, you will analyze risks and opportunities to inform project decisions and mitigate potential issues. Overseeing project procurement management, monitoring expenditures, and maintaining comprehensive project documentation are also essential responsibilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans.
  • Strong organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
  • Excellent client-facing and teamwork skills.
  • Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control.
  • Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Project, Microsoft Planner, and Excel.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Execution Specialist.
