Interior Design Professional

We are seeking a talented Interior Design professional to join our team. As an Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional interior spaces that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop conceptual design ideas and building plans that address aesthetics and practicality.
  • Analyze user requirements and participate in research, conceptual development, and design implementation.
  • Presentation and expression of Architectural Interior design ideas and planning through free-hand sketches.
  • Collaboration with other disciplines to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Preparation of complete construction drawings, documents, and specifications for Architecture Interior design.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
  • 4-10 years of relevant experience with strong technical competency.
  • Excellent knowledge of primary software such as Revit, Sketchup, AutoCAD, Microsoft Office.
  • Familiarity with Dynamo, Lumion, Photoshop, Illustrator, Navis Works is a plus.

Qualifications:

  • Product selection and specification for textures, materials, furniture, lighting, equipment, and window treatments.
  • Ergonomics and accessibility considerations.
  • Architectural Interior Lighting and Sanitary fixtures expertise.
  • Disability codes and layout applicability understanding.

Skills:

  • Enthusiasm, creativity, and positive work ethic.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Revit for Architectural Interior design concepts.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills.
