We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional client support and contribute to our mission of delivering expert postpartum healing services.
This role involves welcoming clients, scheduling appointments, sharing pricing information, guiding patients through payment processes, coordinating schedules and sessions, and handling billing tasks.
A key aspect of this position is providing warm, organized, and timely service to our clients. Ideal candidates will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and be proficient in using Google Sheets and basic billing systems.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in wellness, hospitality, or clinics. They must be passionate about delivering exceptional client care and supporting our organization's mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome clients and manage their appointments
- Share pricing details and guide patients through payment processes
- Coordinate schedules, sessions, and follow-ups
- Handle billing and payment tasks
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
