Job Opportunity: Reservations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reservations Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing reservations across various channels, ensuring seamless communication with guests, and maintaining accurate data on our property management system.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the growth of our hospitality brand. As a Reservations Coordinator, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing reservations across online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handling guest communication via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintaining accurate data on our property management system (PMS).
  • Verifying property listings and ensuring rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Creating standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Reviewing guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinating with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Maintaining daily/weekly/monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • A strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • An understanding of PMS (Property Management Systems) and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
