Majesco Billing System Lead

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the configuration, testing, and maintenance of our Majesco Billing system. As a key member of our team, you will assist in premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation. Your expertise in insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health) will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Configuration and Testing: Support the setup, testing, and maintenance of our Majesco Billing system to ensure seamless operations.
  • Premium Billing and Collections: Assist in managing premium billing, collections, payment processing, and reconciliation to meet business objectives.
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business teams to gather requirements and implement billing solutions that meet their needs.
  • Troubleshooting and Resolution: Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate fixes to ensure minimal downtime.
  • User Acceptance Testing: Participate in UAT, defect tracking, and resolution to ensure quality delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Hands-on Experience: 4-5 years of hands-on experience in the Majesco Billing system is essential for this role.
  • Insurance Billing Processes: Knowledge of insurance billing processes (P&C or Life/Annuities/Health) is crucial for success in this position.
  • Data Validation and Reporting: Strong skills in SQL, data validation, and reporting are necessary to analyze and optimize billing processes.
