Emergency Medical Trainer OpportunityWe are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) Trainer to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate EMT professional to share their expertise and shape the next generation of lifesavers.About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires the ability to train and mentor aspiring EMTs. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering classroom and practical training sessions on CPR, trauma response, patient care, and other EMT skills.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Training Delivery: Conduct effective training sessions to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in the field.
  2. Curriculum Development: Design and update training materials to reflect the latest medical practices, protocols, and standards.
  3. Student Assessment: Evaluate students' performance through tests, simulations, and real-world scenarios, providing constructive feedback.
  4. Equipment Management: Maintain training equipment, including manikins, AEDs, and medical tools, ensuring they are functional and up-to-date.
  5. Compliance: Ensure all training programs meet state and national certification requirements.
  6. Continuous Learning: Stay informed about advancements in emergency care and incorporate them into training programs.
Requirements:
  1. Certification as an EMT-Basic, Advanced, or Paramedic with valid instructor credentials.
  2. Minimum of 3 years of field experience as an EMT or Paramedic.
  3. Prior teaching or training experience is preferred.
  4. Strong communication, presentation, and mentoring skills.
  5. Proficiency in using simulation tools and training technology.
