Job Summary
The PR & NBD Executive will play a key role in driving new business and managing our media and marketing initiatives. This includes client servicing, relationship management, media outreach, and campaign execution. If you're a highly motivated and creative individual with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing and communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and positioning.
- Collaborate with the team to create engaging content for thought leadership articles, press releases, and media outreach.
- Contribute to research, ideation, and proposal preparation for new business opportunities.
- Actively participate in business development pitches and strengthen presentation and storytelling skills.
- Build trusted relationships with clients and develop tailored PR plans to meet their business objectives.
- Cultivate strong relationships with traditional and digital media to secure impactful coverage for clients.
Requirements
- Master's degree preferred
- 0-1 years of relevant experience
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with an eagerness to contribute to organisational growth
- Strong client management and media relations skills, with a proven ability to deliver results
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritise
- Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure
