Job Title

We are seeking a Learning Experience Coordinator to lead the development and execution of high-impact experiential learning opportunities for undergraduate students beyond the classroom.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute UG Outclass challenges that equip students with real-world problem-solving and entrepreneurial skills.
  • Ensure challenges deliver measurable learning outcomes, industry exposure, and skill development through effective tracking and feedback mechanisms.
  • Collaborate with mentors, facilitators, and industry experts to ensure high-quality delivery and continuous improvement.
  • Plan and execute Outclass-linked showcases and events across the UG program to foster student engagement and community building.
  • Manage end-to-end logistics, including requirements gathering, mentor coordination, budgeting, and on-ground execution.
  • Coordinate reimbursements, student winnings, and finance aspects for Outclass activities while maintaining transparency and accountability.
  • Provide timely documentation, reporting, and communication of all initiatives to stakeholders.
Qualifications and Skills
  • 4-6 years of relevant professional experience in education operations, student engagement, or experiential learning.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills with the ability to manage diverse stakeholders and priorities.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) platforms, reporting tools, and student communication systems.
