Senior Test Automation Engineer Job Description

Hiring a senior test automation engineer to drive our team's test automation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Create and maintain robust test automation frameworks using Python, ensuring seamless integration with continuous delivery pipelines.
  • Develop custom tools and utilities to enhance the testing process, improving overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Write efficient, reusable test code that integrates seamlessly into our automated testing workflow.
  • Design and execute comprehensive test plans, including functional, regression, performance, and integration tests.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design effective testing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, expertise in Python and test automation frameworks, experience with CI/CD pipelines and test planning, and excellent communication skills.

We are seeking a skilled test automation engineer who can lead our team in driving quality through automation. A successful candidate will have a solid understanding of test automation principles, practices, and tools, as well as experience working with CI/CD pipelines. They will be able to design, develop, and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to ensure high-quality software delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong knowledge of Python programming language and its applications in test automation.
  • Experience with test automation frameworks such as Pytest or Unittest.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and their role in software delivery.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
