Industrial Design Expert

As an Industrial Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, visualizing, and developing designs that meet customer requirements while aligning with our commitment to sustainability, user-centric innovation, and global standards.

You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams in engineering, R&D, sustainability, and marketing to ensure that creative design intent is preserved through to technical execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Propose innovative and feasible design solutions adhering to project objectives, customer requirements, sustainability standards, and regulatory guidelines.
  • Develop and present design concepts through 2D sketches, 3D models, renderings, and physical prototypes.
  • Closely collaborate with engineering and product development teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with technical requirements.
  • Lead design projects from concept to production, ensuring design quality, brand alignment, and timely delivery.
  • Provide industrial design support throughout the development process, ensuring preservation of design intent.
  • Conduct research on design trends, materials, ergonomics, and sustainable solutions across industries.
  • Benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and manufacturing partners for design realization.
  • Mentor junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of creativity.
  • Contribute to R&D initiatives in areas such as sustainable agriculture systems, urban infrastructure, and smart engineering solutions.
  • Prepare insightful design reports and presentations for management and clients.

Our ideal candidate has strong skills in Industrial Design, including proficiency in design software and experience working in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential for this role.
