Job Title: Digital Visionary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Head to spearhead our content strategy and drive platform growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop impactful content that resonates with diverse audiences, working closely with language teams to co-create the Zee5 brand image across languages.
  • Build a strong brand identity for Zee5, including crafting compelling narratives and larger vision strategies.
  • Drive new initiatives across animation, global Indians diaspora, mega tentpoles, and other areas to foster creative talent and strengthen the writer's ecosystem.
  • Ensure content supply for micro drama/bullet verticals, collaborating with language teams to deliver engaging stories.
  • Formulate strategies for developing IPs that can travel markets while conserving regional flavor and identity.
  • Enable story seeds and talent development by creating a pool of writers' rooms, script doctors, and engaging with top creators across markets.

Requirements:

  • 15+ years of experience in TV/Film content creation, television channels, and OTT platforms.
  • Post-Graduate degree in Communications or equivalent.
