We are seeking a visionary Finishings Director to lead the execution of high-end finishes for state-of-the-art facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and architects to ensure exceptional finishes.
  • Coordinate technical aspects of interior construction, including scheduling and monitoring.
  • Align with project leaders and teams to drive timely completion.
  • Oversee valuations, handling, and billing for projects.
  • Maintain quality control and assurance throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Source high-end materials and coordinate their installation.
  • Collaborate with MEP teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Experience in BIM is an added advantage, as well as expertise in fast-track projects.
  • Knowledge of lighting and landscape-related works is beneficial.
  • Monitor projects using MS Project or Primavera, identifying key milestones and productivity improvement opportunities.
  • Identify risks and develop mitigation plans to ensure on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Prior experience in hospital and hotel environments is preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role.
