Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to assume the role of Monitoring Excellence Head. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing a Monitoring Excellence function that drives strategic alignment and operational efficiency across our teams.

In this position, you will develop and optimize resourcing strategies, establish clear objectives and metrics, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. You will also collaborate with stakeholders to drive cross-functional interactions and coordinate trial oversight.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement a Monitoring Excellence function that drives strategic alignment and operational efficiency across our teams.
  • Develop and optimize resourcing strategies to support CM Team, including hiring, onboarding, development, and retention.
  • Establish clear objectives and metrics aligned with GCO priorities and industry benchmarks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to drive cross-functional interactions and coordinate trial oversight.
  • Serve as a central point of contact for monitoring-related queries and facilitate responses and follow-up actions.
  • Own the Monitoring Job Description (CRA, CRAM, CPM, SPM, ...) and seek capabilities improvement/upgrade.
  • Foster a culture of Monitoring expertise and excellence in our organization to optimize impact.

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in monitoring and quality assurance, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing best practices.
