We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst to join our Merchant Scaled Insights and Analytical Tools team. This role is responsible for creating new insight-based products and scaled solutions to support our merchant business.

Key Responsibilities:
    Data Analysis: Utilize broad sets of analytical tools/techniques for data mining, data cleansing, data extraction, analysis & transformation, data interpretation & insights.
    Product Development: Develop next generation product & algorithmic solutions for merchants and internal stakeholders.
    Customer Engagement: Independently work with regional partners/customers to recommend appropriate solutions and deliver on custom value analytics & actionable insights.
    Process Improvement: Ideate, identify and recommend process improvements based on results of analytical work.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
    Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
    Critical Thinking: Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
    Technical Skills: 1+ years experience in SQL/Hive, Python is a must. Experience in HTML/CSS and JavaScript, VBA, MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel is a plus.
